As a production support role, you play an important part in an engaged team that works closely with Saab's production. Together with operators, production engineers, designers, and other specialists, you help develop our working methods, drive improvements, and create sustainable solutions for the future.

You are part of a collaborative support team where we value open dialogue, participation, and knowledge sharing. In your role, you contribute technical expertise in both day-to-day and long-term issues while supporting colleagues and production operations in ongoing and new projects.

You represent the technical area in the work of evaluating and following up on suppliers, and you are an important voice for the production perspective in cross-functional groups. You will also be part of the management team for the workshop section, where we work together with production leaders, quality engineers, and production controllers towards common goals. Here, we help each other, support one another in our respective areas of responsibility, and actively contribute to guidelines, goal-setting, and the development of working methods.

Your Profile

We believe that you who are applying have experience in production technology work and preferably have worked in a workshop environment with a focus on electricity. You either have a technical education background or have built a solid production technology competence through practical experience.

In our support team, we work closely together to create a stable, secure, and well-functioning production. Therefore, we believe that you are someone who thrives in collaborations and appreciates working towards common goals. You have the ability to listen, communicate clearly, and contribute to an open and solution-focused dialogue within the group. Your creativity and willingness to find improvements are valuable, especially when you explore new ways to solve challenges in production together with others.

The work involves many contact points, both internally and externally, so we prefer that you are outgoing, curious, and enjoy building relationships. You are quick to take your own initiatives when needed, while also being receptive to others' perspectives and enjoy being part of a whole.

To thrive and succeed in the role, you need to feel comfortable with technical documentation, have good computer skills, and be proficient in English both spoken and written. You have experience working in ERP systems and are accustomed to handling requirements and ensuring they are met. It is also an advantage if you have a good understanding of 3D via and production documentation.

The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for specific citizenship.
